YouTubeRussian T-72 Tank Major Assault On Sumy Ukraine Frontline Combat Footage
I’m Patrick Lancaster reporting from the Kursk region on the border with the Sumy region of Ukraine. In this embed, I join a Russian T-72 crew (Akhmat Special Forces) to document the battle as they move to closed firing positions (6–10 km), engage specified enemy targets, and attack Ukraine forces under constant FPV drone threat.

You’ll see the real rhythm of modern armor warfare: roll → detect FPV → dismount the journalist → electronic warfare jam → fire → exfil. The crew explains their DIY anti-FPV netting/cage, why T-72/T-80/T-90 each have different strengths, and how EW stopped an incoming FPV. We also call back to my earlier report where this same T-72 was hit near “New York” (Novhorodske).
I don’t celebrate war. I document it so people can think for themselves and push for peace. Watch my report, watch theirs, compare, and make up your own mind.
