The Inn of Ill Omen located on the Green Road, between the Imperial City and Bravil. There are not many guests there. At the moment, only a certain Rufio is lodging, after whose soul we were sent. According to Lucien Lachance, speaker of the Dark Brotherhood, this Rufio sleeps all day long, so we can finish him off right in his sleep. Or we can wake him up and listen. Then it will become clear what he did to deserve this execution.
