Rogue Necromancer, a Dunmer necromancer who escaped from Vvardenfell to Solstheim, away from the ban on the study of black magic. And now, together with two students, he continues his research in the Skigg cave, located on the banks of the Isild River not far from the bridge. However, other problems were discovered here due to the magical ice that covers most of the Nord burials. But they are working on it, and recently they became aware of the location of the Mantle of Woe, which will greatly help advance their dark cause.
