------------------ NOBODY HAS TO DIE The hole, the gap Inside the living Th' illuvium, thе ordure Instead of saint Illusion of love Illusion of freedom Allusion to life And maimedness of breed BRIDGE: Where is Man hidden? Where is the spark of the universe? Are our lives in vain? Are we zero or imperishable? So many of us By Occam's razor And we're all "pass" For all the tenors? What conquered our world? Deformity and metal? When is it already nadir And when is the ninth wave? CHORUS I: Nobody has to die Remaining in memory only as word But death corrected By our deaths We are the humus and the set And we're the cycle To overcome the vice For splendid arete Ignite like a haystack On this unhallowed earth -BRIDGE- CHORUS II: Nobody has to die Remaining in memory only as word Nobody has to die Just to become food for the worms -BRIDGE- And there's no answer... And there's no answer... And there's no answer... But CHORUS III: Nobody has to die Remaining in memory only as word Nobody has to die Just to become food for the worms Nobody has to die Having lived in vain without becoming a god!
